We will all begin with a global
synchronized sun salutation for 15 minutes At 12 Midnight GMT (5pm PDT),
and end with a Global Synchronized Meditation at 6pm PDT. In between this,
practice whatever form of Yoga you teach, whether it be ashtanga, kundalini,
vinyasa or others.
Even if you can't attend a World Yoga Day event, please join us wherever you are for the meditation at 6pm PDT and tell your friends and family to join you!

take their place and begin yoga
8:00 Commencement of programme.
Welcome address and felicitation
8:15 Demonstration, learning and
practicing together of simple yoga postures
8:50 Sharing of experience and
talks by Yoga teachers on how yoga can soothe, calm and relax
9:15 Programme ends
This would be followed by teaching and
demonstrations in small groups.
All are requested to dress comfortably,
preferably in White. Please carry your yoga mat, if you have one. Families
and children are welcome.
